Herbed Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (about 3 lb.), cut up
    2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. each: basil and oregano, crushed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well, then pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
