Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Swiss
1/2 onion, minced
1/3 garlic clove, minced
1 (9-inch) pie crust
1/2 lb. bacon
2 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Bake pie crust.
Fry bacon.
Spread cheese and bacon in shell. Mix other ingredients together; pour into shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0.
Bake until light brown on top.
