"Shrimp Crisps"(Hors D'Oeuvres) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can shrimp
Preparation
    Peel zucchini or eggplant.
    Cut into slices.
    Dip in beaten egg with pepper and a little salt added.
    Roll in cracker meal.
