Ingredients

2 large onions, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch slices
1 c. milk
Crisco oil (for deep frying)
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Separate onion slices into rings.
Place in shallow dish. pour milk over onions.
Soak 30 minutes.
Turn twice.
