Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
1 qt. oysters (dry measure, thoroughly drained)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
paprika
Preparation

Generously grease bottom of shallow baking dish with butter or margarine.
Put a sprinkling of crumbs on bottom, then a layer of oysters on top of crumbs.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
