Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon or sausage
    6 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and green peppers
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Microwave or cook bacon or sausage; drain.
    Spread potatoes in 9-inch pie plate (microwavable).
    Bake, uncovered, on High 6 to 7 minutes.
    Combine milk, salt, pepper and eggs.
    Pour over potato mixture.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.
    Microwave 1 to 2 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
