Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 spring onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, smashed
    sesame oil
    1 lb. chopped raw chicken, beef or pork
    soy sauce to taste
    16 oz. early peas, drained
    2 to 3 c. rice, cooked and cooled
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil in wok or large pot.
    Add 1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
    Add meat.
    Cook until done.
    Add salt to taste.
    Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and early peas.
    Cook 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup water.
    Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil and add mixture to the cooled rice.
    Serve warm.
