Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 large or 3 small ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar with mixer for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
    Stir in bananas.
    Sift flour, soda and salt. Add flour mixture gradually to batter.
    Stir until well mixed. Add sour milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle top with nuts, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until the center is baked when tested.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool.
