Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    fruits of choice (strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, pineapple, bananas, etc.)
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Spread cookie dough into bottom of 12-inch round pizza pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Arrange fruit of your choice over cream cheese mixture.
    Mix orange juice, lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    When mixture is boiling, add 1/2 cup water in which 3 tablespoons cornstarch is dissolved.
    Cook until mixture is thick and clear. Pour over fruit immediately.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with whipped cream or topping of your choice.
