No Bean Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. ground Beef
2 lbs. ground Chicken
1/2 c. chopped Onions
1/2 c. chopped Green Peppers
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. crushed Red Pepper Flakes
3 c. V8 Juice
Preparation
-
In a large pot, cook Onion, Green Pepper, Beef and Chicken until meat is no longer pink.
Add all other ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Yields:
approximately 2 quarts.
