Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (do not use marinated ones)
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (save 1/4 c.)
    1/4 onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup of cheese, onion and lemon juice.
    Spread in small, ovenproof dish (6 x 6-inch approximately).
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serve hot with Waterman's crackers.
