Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. onion
    1 - 16 oz. can chicken broth
    1 c. potatoes, cubed
    6 c. zucchini, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. basil
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add chicken broth and potatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add zucchini and spices and cook for another 20 minutes.
    If necessary thin with milk or cream.
