Oven Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
6 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. meal
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Slice potatoes lengthwise into 4 to 6 pieces (unpeeled) into bowl of water.
Mix all dry ingredients well in shaker bag.
Coat potatoes, a few at a time, in mixture.
Dip in oil and place in baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Yum.
