Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (save juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Place pineapple in bottom of small casserole dish.
Spread cheese over top.
Cook juice, flour and sugar until boiling and smooth.
Pour over pineapple and cheese mixture.
Melt butter, add cracker crumbs and brown sugar and spread over top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
