Salmon Avocado Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 7 3/4 oz. can salmon
    1 avocado
    1 tbsp.lemon juice
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Peel avocado, remove seeds and mash. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate before serving. Makes about 1 pint of spread.
