Roast Beef In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. round or boneless rolled roast
    3/4 c. light dry sherry wine
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. butter, divided
    3/4 lb. large sweet onions
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Prepare several days in advance and refrigerate.
    Before serving, bake, covered, 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
