Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. diced apples

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pat in 9-inch square pan.
I always double recipe and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
It doesn't last long.
It stays really moist.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
