German Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
1 large onion
1 can kraut
1 can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. sugar
dry noodles
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut bacon in small pieces. Fry. Saute onion in bacon grease. Put sugar in with onion.
Mix onion, bacon, sugar and tomatoes together.
Put in a layer of kraut, noodles, some tomato mix, more kraut, noodles and tomato mix.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
