Barbecued Butterflied Eye Of Round Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. can beer
3 lb. eye of round beef roast, butterflied
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 c. K. C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine beer, oil, vinegar, onion, garlic and pepper in a bowl.
Place roast in large glass dish.
Pour marinade over beef and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove roast from marinade and discard marinade. Grill beef on grill over medium hot charcoal to desired doneness. Turn and baste often with barbecue sauce.
