Chicken Parmesan(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cornflakes
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    4 chicken breasts
    1 can Italian tomato soup
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Coat chicken on all sides and place in 11 x 7-inch microwave baking dish, meaty side up.
    Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Microwave 7 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn twice, until outer edge of chicken starts to turn opaque.
    With meaty side still up, turn chicken so thick parts are facing outside of baking dish.
    Cover and microwave 4 minutes longer.
    Pour Italian soup over and around chicken.
    Microwave 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
