Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
1/2 lb. bacon (crisp)
2 c. mayonnaise
dash of sugar
3 boiled eggs, sliced
Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Place pieces of lettuce in bottom of flat baking dish. Sprinkle peas over lettuce.
Sprinkle celery and onion over mixture. Crumble crisp cooked bacon over mixture.
Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
