Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 branches broccoli
    1 medium red onion
    1 medium green pepper
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 lb. shredded cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix water and flour to a smooth texture. Add sugar. Bring to a boil. Add vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Stir until it is kind of gel-like.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    Add mustard and mayonnaise and pour over broccoli mixture.
