2 unbaked pie shells or 1 deep dish shell
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 stick melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut
1 Tbsp. flour
5 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat eggs, then mix in\tother ingredients.
Pour into 2 regular pie shells or 1 deep dish
pie shell.
Bake 25 minutes or longer at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Bake until filling does not shake.
