Mom'S Turkey Stuffing(For 12-Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium fennel
    4 to 5 celery stalks
    1 bunch scallions
    1/2 lb. chopped sirloin
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. raisins (1/2 large box)
    1 lb. chestnuts, roasted
    1/2 lb. walnuts
    8 oz. pignolia nuts
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In cuisinart, chop finely fennel, celery and scallions, Next finely chop chestnuts and walnuts.
    Saute chopped sirloin in large pan until brown.
    Add salt, pepper and 3 vegetable combination and half of the butter.
    Stir well and add raisins, chestnuts and nuts.
    Add rest of butter (more if needed) until mixture is well blended and somewhat moist.
