Ingredients

4 c. fresh blackberries
3 c. rice wine vinegar
3 c. sugar
Preparation

Crush berries in a large bowl; pour vinegar over top.
Stir with a plastic or wooden spoon to combine.
Let stand for 24 hours.
Strain mixture into a large saucepan; discard seeds.
Add sugar; bring to a simmer.
Cook 5 minutes.
Cool.
Pour vinegar into a decorative bottle.
