Rice Consomme Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
    2 c. beef consomme (can be bought in cans)
    2 1/2 c. raw rice
    2 c. water
    2 small cans mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    In 3 or 4-quart casserole, saute onion in margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix altogether.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes with lid on.
    Bake for 15 minutes more without the lid.
