Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large sweet potatoes
    1 to 2 oranges or to taste
    cinnamon to taste
    nutmeg to taste
    brown sugar to taste
    1/2 stick butter
    chopped pecans
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes; peel and whip.
    Squeeze orange(s) into potatoes.
    Add cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
    Add butter and whip.
    Stir in chopped pecans.
    Bake in souffle or casserole dish with marshmallows on top at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows are golden brown.
