Dutch Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    eggs
    salt and pepper
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk for a few minutes.
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and seasoning.
    Mix thoroughly and shape in a loaf.
    Place in roasting pan; add 1/2 inch of water and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
