Ingredients

7 lb. cucumbers
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 c. lime
1 tsp. whole cloves
2 gal. water
1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
2 qt. white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 lb. sugar
Green food coloring
1 tsp. celery seed

Preparation

You may peel or leave the peeling on, but do slice or cut up and take out seeds of cucumbers.
