Best Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 graham crackers, crushed
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom and up sides of spring-form pan.
    Cream the cream cheese thoroughly.
    Add vanilla.
    Add 1 cup sugar gradually until creamy.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Pour over graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes (no longer).
    Remove from oven.
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cream together sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
    Spread on top of cheesecake.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
