Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 or 2 c. more flour
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Heat milk and butter together until quite warm.
    Add to flour mixture and beat until combined.
    Beat in eggs, then part of extra flour.
    Put some of the flour on pastry cloth and add batter.
    Knead, adding extra flour until smooth ball forms (maybe 5 to 10 minutes).
    Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 20 minutes.
    Form into desired shapes. Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour, until doubled. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Turn out on rack to cool.
