Cantonese Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 large onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. pork steaks, cut into strips
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown pork in skillet. Drain on paper towel. Combine all other ingredients with pork and return to skillet; cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through. Serve over rice.
