Baked Mac & Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Macaroni Noodles
    1/4 c. Butter
    1/4 c. Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
    2 c. Milk
    2 c. Shredded Cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Melt butter in a pan, remove from heat.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil while stirring.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir macaroni, sauce mix, and 1 1/2 cup cheese in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
