Pappy'S Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. nondairy creamer
    3/4 large can crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Put bacon grease in pan.
    Add flour.
    Brown this.
    Then add milk, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add nondairy creamer.
    Continue stirring until thick.
    Add crushed tomatoes.
    Stir until hot. Remove from stove. Eat on bread, crackers, etc.
