Puff Pastry Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 puff pastry (18 x 11-inch, Pepperidge Farm)
3 Tbsp. honey mustard
4 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
2 tsp. water
Preparation

On flat pastry, spread mustard.
Arrange Prosciutto over mustard.
Cover the pastry.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Roll it up like a jelly roll starting with long end.
Slice into 1/2-inch slices.
Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten with your hand.
Chill 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat egg and water together and then brush over the rolls.
Bake 10 minutes until puffy and golden.
