Knishes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 large potatoes
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mash
    potatoes.
    Mix with eggs until smooth.
    Add enough of the flour and salt to make a dough that can be rolled.
    Roll dough out
    and
    cut
    into
    individual
    rounds.
    Bake on a well greased pan in a 375\u00b0 oven until brown or deep fry.
