Labella Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. Ricotta or cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and rinsed in cold water
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients and cook 1/2 hour.
    Mix cheese and eggs with salt and pepper.
    Layer, starting with sauce, then noodles, then Mozzarella cheese, then cheese mixture; repeat layers.
    Bake 20 minutes, covered, and 20 minutes, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
