Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. onion chopped
    2 c. potatoes cubes
    1 c. water or as needed to cover potatoes
    1 t. salt
    2 - 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    2 - 10 3/4 oz. cream of celery soup
    2 soup cans of milk
    2 T. parsley, snipped
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
    Pour off all but 3 T. fat, add onion and brown, add potatoes and water; cook covered 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in salt, soups and milk, heat but DO NOT BOIL.
    Garnish with bacon and parsley.
    Serves 4.
