Carrot (But You'Ll Think It'S Pumpkin) Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sliced carrots, cooked and drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Cool carrots thoroughly before adding other ingredients.
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool thoroughly before serving.
