Squash Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash puree
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. brown sugar
    2 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot and cook 8 to 10 hours (do not cover).
