Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    2 slices bread, torn up
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, eggs, milk, bread crumbs and 1/2 package onion soup mix.
    Make patties and cook in skillet.
    Remove and drain. Mix water, cornstarch and remaining onion soup mix.
    Place cooked patties back in skillet and pour mixture over patties.
    Cook until thick.
    Makes 6 servings.
