Jelly Roll Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until it turns yellow. Add vanilla and sugar; beat until it turns white. Add flour. Pour into 12 x 8-inch sheet pan. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Turn into a towel floured with confectioners sugar. Pull off paper, then roll up until cool. Unroll and spread jelly or ice cream. Roll back up; sprinkle sugar on top.
