Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon
    1/2 c. stuffing mix
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Empty salmon with liquid into a bowl; pick out and discard apparent bones.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well with a fork until mixture is firm enough to form into a loaf.
    Place in a small loaf pan or pie pan.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serve from the baking dish.
    Makes 6 servings.
