Nachos New Mexico Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 bag tortilla chips
    chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Cook cheeses and tomato juice over low heat until runny.
    Pour over tortilla chips or keep in warming pan and use as dip.
    You may serve with chopped jalapeno peppers, if desired.
