Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. pecans, chopped and divided
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; add one cup pecans and mix well. Refrigerate until firm and shape into a ball.
Roll in remaining pecans before serving.
Serve with assortment of crackers.
