Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, chopped fine
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small jar chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Add a small amount of water to the first 2 ingredients and simmer together until tender. Drain and add the soup. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add the pimiento. Grease casserole and line bottom with bread crumbs. Heat 10 to 15 minutes in oven to brown crumbs.
