Roasted Fresh Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

New potatoes cut into 1/2 or 1/2 pieces
Carrots halved then quartered
Onions quartered
Garlic, as many as you like
Summer squash, cut in 1 inch chunks
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
Sage
Rosemary
Olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut up veggies; sprinkle with herbs and salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
Roast about 30 minutes, stirring half-way through.
Serve hot.
