Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburg
1 lb. stew meat
3 onions
3 green peppers
3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
3 (28 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 box chili powder
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans drained kidney beans
Preparation

In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onions and green peppers until meat is brown and onions are tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes with liquid and remaining ingredients, except kidney beans.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Stir in kidney beans and heat through.
