Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, boiled and then peeled
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 medium onion, minced
2 large stalks celery, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

After boiling potatoes, cool under cold running water.
Cube potatoes.
Place in lidded bowl. Add 3/4 cup vinegar to potatoes. Place lid on bowl.
Rotate bowl slowly to allow vinegar to go all over potatoes. Chill overnight.
Thoroughly mix onion, celery, pepper, salt and celery seed.
Add flavoring mixture to vinegar marinated potatoes, mixing thoroughly.
Serves 7.
