Hulushki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon (bean pot style)
    1 small head cabbage
    2 good size potatoes
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Chop bacon in large chunks and brown.
    Add shredded cabbage and cook, covered.
    While that is cooking, shred potatoes.
    Mix with eggs and add flour to make a noodle-like dough.
    Spoon thick dough by heaping teaspoonfuls into boiling water.
    Push down 3 or 4 times to get cooked through.
    Drain noodle balls and rinse with hot water.
    Mix balls, bacon and cabbage.
    Serves 3 to 5.
